HSE Engineer

We are looking for an HSE Engineer to uphold and enhance our health, safety, and environmental standards across all project sites. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring a safe working environment while supporting operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs across project sites.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Recommend and track corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead HSE training for staff and subcontractors to promote safety awareness.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, and report with root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in risk assessments, site audits, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate with project teams to integrate HSE requirements into operations.
• Monitor and report HSE performance metrics to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, or related disciplines) is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in the infrastructure, civil, or power industries.
• Valid HSE certificationssuch as NEBOSH, OSHA,or equivalent (mandatory).
• UAE Driving License (Required).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
