HSE Engineer Metro Construction Projects

Implement Parsons HSE policy and project-specific HSE plans, ensuring compliance with legislation and project requirements

Liaise with contractors and the HSE Manager to improve HSE practices on-site

Monitor contractor activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and hazard control measures

Review and validate Hazard Analysis, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Job Safety Plans

Conduct site inspections, HSE audits, and report safety concerns to the Resident Engineer for corrective action

Oversee emergency preparedness, Permit to Work systems, toolbox talks, and HSE meetings

Review and follow up on contractor incident/accident investigation reports and corrective actions

Mentor and guide HSE Inspectors, ensuring effective field leadership and coverage during shifts and weekends

Perform trend analysis of safety data to proactively identify risks and improve safety performance

Ensure accurate documentation, monthly safety reports, and compliance with HSE requirements
