HSE Manager

Doha, Qatar

Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, risk assessment, and accident investigation.
  • Familiarity with Qatari HSE legislation and international standards (OSHA, NFPA, ISO).
  • Experience developing and implementing corporate HSE policies and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, training, and report-writing skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in Health & Safety Management, with at least 5 years in a Corporate HSE role within the construction industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
  • NEBOSH certification is mandatory, and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor and ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certifications are preferred.
  • Membership with professional bodies such as IOSH, IIRSM, or BCSP are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
