HSE Officer

We need HSE Officer to handle present requirements.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Engineer/Officer ( 3 nos) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements on site.

Desired Candidate Profile – HSE Officer/Engineer

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or HSE Engineering.

2. Experience: Minimum 3–4 years in an HSE role.

3. Knowledge: Strong understanding of local and international HSE regulations and standards.

4. Mandatory Requirement: NEBOSH Certification.

5. Additional Certifications: ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHAD/ADOSH.

6. Approvals (Preferred): TAQA / ADDC / AADC / ADNOC Competency Approvals.

7. License (Preferred): Valid UAE Driving License.

8. Compensation: Salary in the range of AED 5,000 – 6,000 (for the right candidate).

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.

2. Enforce HSE policies and procedures.

3. Deliver safety training to employees and contractors.

4. Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.

5. Maintain HSE records and prepare reports for management and regulators

6. All other HSE requirement as per project Client Requirements
