HSE Officer

Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and proactive HSE Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and compliant work environment through effective implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor company HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports with corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct safety awareness sessions and training for employees.
• Maintain records of safety inspections, accidents, and compliance certifications.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hold NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, and ISO certification (preferably).
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and risk management.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
