  • Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies for both the hotel and construction sites, ensuring compliance with local laws and company standards.
  • Conduct safety inspections, and audits remotely and during periodic site visits (1–2 visits per month).
  • Develop and deliver safety trainings, emergency drills, and awareness sessions for staff across departments.
  • Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe practices, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain all HSE records, incident reports, and safety documentation, and coordinate with management for continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
  • Certification: NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA is must.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in HSE, preferably in hospitality or construction industry.
  • Skills: Strong reporting, communication, and training skills; proficiency in MS Office.
  • Other: Willingness to travel for site visits (1–2 times per month) and ability to manage multiple locations remotely.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
