HSE Officer

We are seeking a Safety Officer (HSE) with 3–5 years of mandatory UAE experience to implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across our operations. The candidate will ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, company policies, and project requirements, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and regulations on site.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety inspections.
• Monitor safe work practices, PPE usage, and compliance with HSE standards.
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, including reports, incident logs, and toolbox talks.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct safety training and awareness programs for staff and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with local UAE HSE laws, client, and company requirements.
• Liaise with authorities during inspections and audits.
• Support emergency preparedness and response planning.

Mandatory Requirements

• 3–5 years HSE experience in UAE – Mandatory
• ADNOC projects experience is highly beneficial
• Knowledge of UAE labor law, HSE regulations, and safety standards
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Fluent in English
• Ability to conduct safety inspections, audits, and training sessions

Preferred

• Experience in construction, industrial, or EPC projects
• Knowledge of risk assessment, method statements, and safety documentation
• Familiarity with incident investigation and emergency response procedures
