HSE OFFICER

Requirements:
✔ Ashghal Approval (mandatory)
✔ NEBOSH IGC
✔ 5+ years road/infrastructure experience
✔ Valid Qatar Driving License

Responsibilities

• HSE site inspections for road works, excavation, asphalt & traffic management
• Prepare & review RAMS, JSA, PTW, Risk Assessments
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions & training
• Incident / accident investigation and reporting
• Maintain HSE documentation & compliance records
• Coordinate with Ashghal, consultants & project teams
