HSE Officer

Job Summary

Falcon Group of Companies is seeking a qualified and proactive HSE Officer with a Civil Engineering background to ensure effective implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies across our projects and operational sites. The candidate must have a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in construction or industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and enforce HSE policies and procedures across project sites.
• Conduct routine site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company HSE standards.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training programs.
• Prepare and review risk assessments, method statements, and safety documentation.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; submit detailed reports.
• Maintain accurate HSE records and documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to promote a strong safety culture.

Requirements

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an HSE Officer (construction/industrial sector preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
• NEBOSH/IOSH certification preferred.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to enforce safety compliance effectively on-site.
