HSE Officer

Salary Scale

QAR. 4,500 + Food, Accommodation & Transportation provided by the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company HSE policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor work activities to ensure safe practices are followed.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare reports.
• Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports.
• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with project teams to implement safety measures.
• Monitor environmental aspects such as waste management and pollution control.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering / Safety / Environmental Science or related field.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction or oil & gas projects.
• Good knowledge of local HSE regulations (e.g., Qatar regulations if applicable).
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to conduct training and awareness programs.

Pay: QAR4,500.00 per month
