HSE Officer

We are looking for an experienced HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Officer to oversee and enforce health and safety standards on-site, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong risk assessment skills and a commitment to creating a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
• Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Deliver safety training to employees and subcontractors.
• Report and investigate accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain records and provide regular HSE reports to management.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HSE Officer, with at least 2 years in Qatar.
• Experience in construction or industrial projects is preferred.
• Certifications:
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety certifications.
• Special Requirements:
• Excellent knowledge of Qatari safety regulations and compliance.
• Strong communication and training skills.
