  • Site Compliance: Monitor daily site activities to ensure strict adherence to UAE construction safety regulations, Trakhees safety standards, and company HSE policies.
  • Risk Mitigation: Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and daily site inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions immediately.
  • Safety Training: Organize and conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for all personnel and workers.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate HSE documentation, including accident reports, incident investigations, daily safety logs, and inspection reports for Authority inspections.
  • Permits & Equipment: Manage the permit-to-work system and inspect PPE, machinery, and scaffolding to ensure safety standards.
  • Liaison: Act as the focal point between site management, contractors, and Dubai regulatory authorities (e.g., Trakhees/DDA).

Mandatory Requirements

  • SARS Card: Valid SARS (Safety Advisor Registration Scheme) accreditation by Trakhees (Mandatory).
  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of UAE experience as an HSE Officer, specifically within building construction, high-rise, or infrastructure projects.

Compensation & Benefits (Estimated)

  • Salary: Starting from AED 4,500/-
  • Benefits: Benefits include annual leave, workmen compensation, medical insurance, Annual leave pay and Annual ticket.
  • Certification: NEBOSH IGC or equivalent occupational health and safety qualification.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, preferably Engineering (Civil or mechanical) .
  • License: Valid UAE Driving License is often preferred.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
