HSE Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with UAE safety regulations, company HSE policies, and project-specific safety requirements
• Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions
• Monitor work activities at height, lifting operations, scaffolding, and confined space works
• Prepare and review Risk Assessments (RA), Method Statements (MS), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training for workers and staff
• Enforce the proper use of PPE and safe working practices across all site activities
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend preventive measures
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants on safety matters
• Maintain HSE documentation, records, permits, and reports as per regulatory requirements
• Ensure proper emergency preparedness, including drills, fire safety systems, and evacuation procedures
• Monitor crane operations, hoists, and heavy equipment to ensure safe usage
• Liaise with local authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense) for inspections and compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
• NEBOSH IGC (mandatory); additional certifications like IOSH/OSHA are preferred

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
