Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer with an electrical background, specializing in substation projects. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in commissioning and maintenance within the GCC region and a strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on site
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
• Oversee safety practices during commissioning and maintenance of substations
• Provide safety training and toolbox talks to workers
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 7 years of HSE experience in GCC countries
• Proven experience in commissioning and maintenance of substations
• NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Must be available to join immediately
