HSE Supervisor

The HSE Supervisor is responsible for implementing and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices on construction sites in compliance with UAE regulations. The role promotes a strong safety culture and supports site teams in maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments (JSA).
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE laws and local authority requirements (DM, DCD).
• Organize safety training, toolbox talks, and induction programs.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses; prepare incident reports.
• Maintain HSE documentation and submit weekly/monthly safety reports.
• Ensure emergency preparedness, including fire drills and first-aid readiness.
• Promote safe work practices and proper use of PPE.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HSE or related field.
• 1–3 years of HSE UAE experience in construction.
• Valid NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations.
• Good communication, reporting, and MS Office skills.

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
