We are looking for an experienced
Hub Operations and Coordination Center Supervisor
and a good team member, who will work for SunExpress in
Antalya.
Qualifications

Associate's degree in related fields preferably in the transportation and/or airline industry

Minimum 5 years of experience in ground operations, Hub Control or Station Management
-
Strong understanding of Airport operations such as passenger services, ramp services baggage operations, DCS systems and regulatory requirements

Excellent command of English is a must. (Preferably German)

Located in or willing to relocate to Antalya

Ability to work in a shift-based environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and strong daily follow up skills

Result oriented, good team player, well-disciplined and well organized
Responsibilities
-
Monitor and coordinate all operation activities within Hub Control Center to ensure seamless turnaround and on time performance

Oversee real time operations including aircraft arrivals, departures, stand allocation and resource planning

Liaise proactively with internal-external stakeholders (GOCC, Station Management, GSPs, etc.)

Follow up SunExpress daily aircraft operation process, analyze operational data, identify irregularities, monitor transfer passenger and baggage operations and initiate preventive/corrective actions to minimize delay impacts

Manage critical operational contingencies ensuring effective communication and escalation processes

Support the implementation of hub-wide operational standards, procedures and performance KPIs

Coordinate daily briefing, de-briefing and follow-up action plans to foster operational excellence

Ensure that irregularities/ extraordinary events are logged into the Daily Handover Book
