Station Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Station Supervisor and a good team member, who will work in SunExpress Antalya.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in related fields, preferably in the transportation and/or airline industry
• Prior experience in a related position.
• Full familiarity with Passenger servicing procedures
• Full familiarity with Ramp & aircraft operational procedures
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications and e-mail
• Excellent command of English is a must
• Locates or willing to locate in Antalya
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and strong daily follow up skills
• Result oriented, good team player, well-disciplined and well organized
• Possession of a valid Class B driving license

Responsibilities

• Monitoring of the daily aircraft operations at the base where he/she is located, which shall include the supervision of passenger check-in, ground services rendered to the aircraft and post-operational documentation
• Follow up SunExpress daily aircraft operation process and take preventive/corrective actions in case of any irregularity (e.g., delay)
• Control and approval of invoices related to or due to any operational irregularity
• Communicate his/her concerns over any matter of safety and security to superior position and/or concerned units within the company (Safety Department, Security Department, Quality Department)
• Reporting any irregular/extraordinary occasion to his/her superior position and preparing irregularity reports
• Ensure that irregularities/extraordinary events are logged into the Daily Handover Book
• Ensure the control and approval of invoices incurred due to operational activities
• Establish communications with official authorities and cooperating service providers such as customs, police, handling companies, tour operators, airline representatives, etc., within the scope of the work and/or assigned duties
• Provide support in finding solutions for irregularities (e.g., delays) and report irregularities accordingly
• Participate/attend courses/seminars related to the area of job as instructed by the senior/superior person(s)
• Ensuring that all necessary services are provided to disabled passengers and passengers with reduced mobility in an appropriate manner
• Ensuring that handling of dangerous goods (loading procedures, reporting of incidents & accidents, dangerous goods carried by passengers, etc.) are performed in accordance with related regulations and company procedures
• Performing duties of Control Center Supervisor whenever necessary or instructed by superior position
