Purpose of the Role

The purpose of the HubSpot Developer role is to design, build, and optimize HubSpot-based solutions that enhance marketing, sales, and operational efficiency. This role ensures seamless data automation, effective workflow creation, and smooth data migrations within the HubSpot ecosystem. The HubSpot Developer will support the organization in improving digital processes, strengthening customer engagement, and enabling data-driven decision-making. By contributing technical expertise and innovative problem-solving, the role plays a crucial part in driving the company’s digital transformation and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective HubSpot solutions, with a focus on data automation, HubSpot workflows, and data migration strategies.
• Develop and implement HubSpot-based solutions, including landing pages, email templates, forms, data automation, HubSpot workflows, and integrations, to support our marketing and sales initiatives.
• Customize and extend HubSpot functionalities through HTML, CSS, and JavaScript coding, emphasizing data automation and workflow optimization in HubSpot.
• Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot and other systems or platforms, maximizing data accuracy and flow during data migration processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HubSpot implementation, data automation, and integrations, particularly within the context of HubSpot workflows and data migration.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our digital strategy, including data management and workflow improvements.
  
  

Requirements

• 2 years of professional experience as a HubSpot Developer, with a strong background in data automation, HubSpot workflows, and data migration within HubSpot.
• Proficiency in HubSpot COS/CMS, HubL, and HubSpot API, with an emphasis on leveraging these capabilities for data-related tasks, workflow automation, and data migration.
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, Figma, and JavaScript to customize and extend HubSpot functionalities, particularly for data-driven processes, workflow automation, and data migration.
• Proven experience in creating responsive designs and optimizing user experiences within HubSpot, with an understanding of how this impacts data workflows, data automation, and data migration.
• Familiarity with integrating HubSpot with other platforms, such as CRM systems and third-party tools, while maintaining data integrity during data migration processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HubSpot implementation, data automation, workflow automation, and data migration.
• Excellent knowledge and hands on Google sheets experience would be a plus.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with remote teams, particularly when discussing data-related requirements and solutions for HubSpot.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work, especially when handling data migration tasks within HubSpot.
