Oral Arts is a full-service family owned and operated dental laboratory. We manufacture dental prostheses, such as crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, partials, orthodontic appliances, etc. and are looking to fill the role of HubSpot Marketing Specialist. We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative HubSpot Marketing Specialist to own our email marketing, contact database, and digital campaign operations. This person will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our marketing communications — from writing compelling email sequences to building landing pages, segmenting our audience, and reporting on performance. You will collaborate closely with our Marketing Director and with Leadership to optimize campaign results.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Email Sequences & Automation

Write, build, and optimize automated email sequences for prospect nurturing, onboarding, promotions, and retention

Develop compelling email copy aligned with brand voice and campaign goals

Implement A/B testing on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times

Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics; make data-driven adjustments
2. Contact Segmentation & CRM Management

Create, maintain, and refine contact lists and smart segments based on behavior, lifecycle stage, demographics, and engagement data

Maintain CRM organization including tagging, lifecycle stage accuracy, suppression lists, and deduplication

Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to align CRM data with business objectives
3. Landing Pages & Conversion Optimization
- Design and build landing pages within HubSpot that support campaigns, lead generation, and service promotions
- Develop clear value propositions, calls-to-action, and form integrations
- Integrate tracking pixels, reporting tools, and HubSpot forms
4. Campaign Management & Strategy
- Build, manage, and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns within HubSpot
- Create and maintain workflows, automation sequences, and lead nurturing funnels
- Plan and manage promotional calendars and campaign timelines
- Coordinate multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid, organic) and support new service launches and lead generation initiatives
- Participate in strategy meetings to identify opportunities to improve marketing funnel efficiency and customer acquisition
5. Reporting & Analytics
- Track KPIs including lead generation, conversion rates, email engagement, and campaign ROI
- Build and maintain performance dashboards in HubSpot
- Provide regular marketing performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Stay current on HubSpot platform updates, email deliverability standards, and marketing automation best practices
- Proactively suggest improvements to campaigns, workflows, and overall marketing strategy
6. Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in digital marketing, CRM management, or marketing automation preferred
- HubSpot Marketing Software Certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire)
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform required
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing
- Familiarity with multi-channel marketing including social, paid, and organic strategies
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, audience segmentation, automation workflows, and marketing analytics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand copy
- Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work and manage priorities independently
