Job Summary:

Supports the Human Capital function through a structured on-the-job training period. The role provides exposure to HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle processes and HR reporting. Works under close supervision to learn OSUS policies, systems and service standards while supporting day-to-day tasks and HC initiatives.

Responsibilities are not limited to:

• Support day-to-day HR operations (employee files, letters, approvals) under supervision.
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure records are complete and properly filed.
• Assist in updating employee data on HR systems and trackers, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support basic employee queries and direct them to the right HR contact when needed.
• Assist in screening CVs, shortlisting and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation and prepare onboarding packs/checklists.
• Support onboarding/orientation logistics and ensure new joiner records are created.
• Assist in training logistics (calendar invites, attendance, venues, materials).
• Maintain training records and update learning trackers.
• Support collecting feedback and preparing basic training reports.
• Update and maintain HC dashboards/trackers (headcount, leave, onboarding, etc.).
• Support periodic reporting and presentations for HC leadership.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring documentation compliance.
• Support data audits/clean-ups to improve HR data quality.
• Support HC initiatives/projects (e.g., job architecture updates, performance cycle administration, engagement activities) as assigned.
• Collaborate withTalent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits and L&D teams on tasks.
• Participate in process improvement activities, documentation and SOP updates.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager within the training scope.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Eligible for the Tamheer Program (registered with HRDF and not currently employed).
• Saudi national.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Good communication skills in English & Arabic and strong willingness to learn.
