Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human capital management and be well-versed in employment and labor law. This role is essential in supporting our workforce management strategies, enhancing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with various HR regulations. The Human Resources Specialist will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, employee orientation, and performance management while contributing to the overall strategic planning of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with FMLA and workers' compensation regulations.
• Facilitate employee orientation sessions to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
• Conduct employee evaluations and performance management processes to foster professional development.
• Support change management initiatives and assist in organization design efforts.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data entry and manage workforce analytics for strategic planning purposes.
• Develop and implement training and development programs tailored to employee needs.
• Oversee affirmative action planning and succession planning efforts within the organization.
• Handle employee relations issues, providing conflict management support as necessary.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective project management related to HR initiatives.
• Utilize ATS systems such as Lever, Workday, or iCIMS for efficient recruitment processes.
• Manage social media platforms for employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.

Experience

• Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
• Familiarity with employment laws including OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, and labor law compliance is essential.
• Proficiency in HR software such as Oracle HCM, Paychex, Dayforce, UltiPro, or Ceridian is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with data collection and analysis to support strategic decision-making processes within HR functions.

Pay: $64,376.04 - $77,528.13 per year
