GENERAL PURPOSE
The Sr. Mgr HR is responsible for leading overall HR operations while designing and implementing the organization’s Learning & Development strategy. The role ensures that employees acquire the skills, knowledge, and competencies required to meet current and future organizational objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIESHR Leadership & Strategy
- Provide strategic, functional, and technical leadership across core HR functions.
- Lead and manage departmental staff to ensure high-quality HR service delivery.
- Drive talent attraction, retention, engagement, and development strategies.
- Oversee performance management, including goal setting and annual appraisals.
- Develop organizational structures, succession plans, and workforce strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and budgets.
- Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Lead culture transformation, diversity & inclusion, and change management initiatives.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations on organizational restructuring and workforce planning.
- Govern and track strategic HR initiatives, ensuring timely execution and impact.
Learning & Development (Core Focus)
- Develop and implement the annual Training & Development strategy.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design competency frameworks.
- Design and deliver training programs (technical, behavioral, leadership, compliance).
- Introduce modern learning approaches (e-learning, blended learning, microlearning).
- Lead leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- Align learning interventions with performance management systems.
- Measure training effectiveness using KPIs and evaluation models.
- Manage training budgets, records, dashboards, and reporting.
- Liaise with external training providers and ensure compliance with mandatory training.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and employee development.

REQUIREMENTS
- Qualification: Master’s Degree (preferably in HR)
- Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience, with strong focus on Training & Development
- Age: Minimum 30 years

Pay: From Rs200,000.00 per month
