Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
Prepare monthly payroll, annual leave and indemity for all employees.
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions and managing the hiring process.
Assist in performance management processes.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Maintain employee records (attendance, work ethics, policy adhereance etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance and contract issuing for all staff of company according to Ministry of Work.
