Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Talent Sourcing: Utilize cutting-edge sourcing strategies and platforms, tapping into a vast network of professionals to identify both active and passive candidates.
• Candidate Evaluation: Employ behavioral and competency-based interview techniques to assess candidates' skills, cultural fit, and alignment with our values.
• Employer Branding: Collaborate with our marketing team to strengthen our employer brand, showcasing what makes Trigency360 an employer of choice.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and labor regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 1-2 Years of proven success in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within the Digital Marketing / IT domain.
• Expertise: A deep understanding of diverse recruitment methods, tools, and best practices, with a knack for identifying top talent.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to convey compelling job descriptions and engage effectively with candidates.
• Adaptability: Thriving in a dynamic environment, you can quickly adapt to shifting priorities and excel under pressure.
• Passion: An authentic passion for HR and talent acquisition, with a drive to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs38,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
