Human Resource Coordinator

About the Role

An HR Coordinator is the go-to person for all employee-related matters. In this role, you’ll manage activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and talent management.

The HR Coordinator plays a key role in business success. People are our most important asset, and you’ll help create a happy, productive workplace where everyone contributes to achieving our mission and goals. Promoting company values and fostering a positive, inclusive culture are central to this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through talent development, engagement, and retention
  • Develop and monitor HR systems, policies, and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive and high-performing workplace culture
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives excellence
  • Maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs
  • Identify training needs, develop, and monitor learning programs
  • Provide HR metrics and insights to management for strategic decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR professional or HR Manager (not limited to recruiting or hiring)
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Demonstrated experience using HR metrics to drive improvement.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation abilities, strong leadership, and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to build and manage relationships across all levels of the organization
  • In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. HR law degree or equivalent (preferred)

Pay: $45000.00 - $60000.00 / year
