Human Resource Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Executive to lead and oversee our HR operations. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the company's overall goals. This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage both the tactical and strategic aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Planning:

Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Develop and implement HR policies and programs that foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Drive initiatives related to talent management, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational design.

Recruitment & Staffing:

Lead the recruitment process for all levels of the organization, ensuring the attraction and hiring of top talent.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and streamline recruitment processes.

Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are integrated into the company effectively.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR issues, providing guidance on policies, conflict resolution, and performance concerns.

Promote a positive employee experience through engagement initiatives, feedback programs, and recognition.

Address employee grievances and work to resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.

Performance Management & Development:

Oversee the performance management process, ensuring regular feedback, goal setting, and employee evaluations.

Lead talent development initiatives, including training programs, leadership development, and career progression plans.

Manage succession planning and ensure high-potential employees are identified and nurtured.

Compensation & Benefits:

Oversee the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals.

Monitor payroll accuracy, bonuses, and incentive programs, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Compliance & Legal:

Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and industry regulations.

Maintain employee records and oversee the administration of all HR documentation in accordance with legal requirements.

Conduct audits and provide reports to leadership on HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, and other key data points.

HR Analytics & Reporting:

Provide regular reports on HR-related metrics and offer actionable insights to senior leadership.

Use HR data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve overall HR effectiveness.

Leadership & Team Management:

Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to junior HR staff.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture within the HR department.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or HR Certification is a plus).

Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).

Experience in organizational development, change management, or culture-building initiatives.

Experience in a fast-paced, growing business environment.

Working Conditions:

Full-time, office-based.

Occasional travel may be required for recruitment or training event.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
