Job Title: HR Executive – EdTech & Placement Operations

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (Based on performance & experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Batch Management:

• Coordinate and manage student training batches (scheduling, attendance, and feedback).
• Ensure a smooth communication flow between students and trainers.

Student Engagement:

• Act as the primary point of contact for student queries.
• Regularly interact with students to track progress, resolve concerns, and maintain high engagement.

Placement Coordination:

• Identify and build partnerships with companies for student internships and placements.
• Organize placement drives, schedule interviews, and follow up for feedback and offers.
• Maintain placement records and reports.

EdTech Hiring Support:

• Source, screen, and coordinate hiring for in-house trainers and interns.
• Support recruitment activities for the training and technical teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field (preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience/internship in HR or EdTech will be an added advantage.
• Passion for student success and career growth.
