Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance sheets, and HR databases accurately.
• Support in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmations.
• Coordinate and assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Help ensure HR compliance and confidentiality of employee information.
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth HR functioning.

Requirements

• Recent graduates or final-year students in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
