About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and people-centric Human Resource Executive who can drive robust talent strategies and strengthen our organizational culture. This role is pivotal in shaping people operations, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring seamless HR governance as we continue scaling our tech-driven ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives, ensuring a strong pipeline of high-caliber candidates aligned with evolving business demands.
  • Execute onboarding and induction frameworks that accelerate new-hire productivity and drive long-term engagement.
  • Manage core HR operations, including attendance, payroll coordination, documentation, and compliance workflows.
  • Act as a strategic business partner by collaborating with cross-functional teams to support workforce planning and capability development.
  • Drive employee engagement interventions, performance discussions, and culture-building programs to sustain a high-performance environment.
  • Oversee grievance handling, conflict resolution, and employee relations with empathy and swift problem-solving.
  • Maintain HRMS data accuracy and deliver timely MIS reports to bolster data-driven decision-making.
  • Support policy creation, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall HR service delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities with a people-first mindset.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver structured outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools, documentation, and basic analytics.
  • High emotional intelligence, integrity, and stakeholder-management maturity.
  • Forward-thinking approach with the agility to align HR strategies with business priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Prior experience in a tech or startup ecosystem is an added advantage.
