Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute campus hiring initiatives from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities for effective recruitment partnerships
- Manage and leverage a strong candidate database to fulfill hiring needs swiftly
- Coordinate with hiring managers and business heads to understand role requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly
- Conduct pre-placement talks, interviews, and assessment procedures on campus and virtual platforms
- Track recruitment metrics and report on recruitment progress and outcomes
- Assist in employer branding activities to enhance the company’s visibility among campus candidates
- Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence to improve campus hiring strategies
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience in HR, specifically in campus hiring
- Demonstrable experience in managing campus recruitment cycles end-to-end
- Strong database/network of campus candidates across streams and regions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment drives simultaneously
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
