Human Resource Executive

We are hiring fresh graduates from 2023–2025 batches with qualifications in BCom, MBA, BSc, or any stream, preferably with a specialization or strong interest in HR or Marketing.
Program Objective

This program aims to nurture young talent through hands-on exposure to HR and Marketing functions, helping build future-ready professionals with strong people and operational skills.

Role Overview
The role offers practical, structured learning within Human Resources and Marketing operations, creating a strong foundation for growth into roles such as HR Business Partner, Talent Specialist, Marketing Executive, Operations Partner, or Business Consultant
.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations
HR documentation, SOPs, dashboards, compliance, and reporting
Digital marketing support including content, email campaigns, social media, and CRM management
Campaign tracking, analytics, and cross-functional operational support

Who Can Apply
Graduates from 2023 onwards (freshers welcome)
0–1 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Operations
Strong communication skills and a proactive, professional attitude
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel (pivot tables), and PowerPoint

Additional Details
Stipend: INR 15,000 per month
Full-time | 40 hours/week | Monday–Friday
Opportunity for full-time employment based on performance
