We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated HR Executive to join our growing team.

Position Summary:

The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting the recruitment operations, handling employee relations, maintaining HR records, and ensuring smooth internal HR processes. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and have a strong understanding of HR functions within a recruitment or service-based organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage internal recruitment and onboarding of staff, interns, and support roles.
• Maintain HR records, employee files, contracts, and attendance reports.
• Coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters, and handle joining formalities.
• Provide administrative support in employee engagement, performance appraisals, and exit formalities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and documentation practices.
• Support the recruitment team with scheduling, candidate coordination, and document verification.
• Address employee concerns and escalate matters to senior HR/management when required.
• Assist in organizing internal training, workshops, and team-building activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a recruitment or service-oriented firm.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and HR software/tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
