Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resources (HR) Professional to manage and support our HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, and compliance while contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Support performance management and appraisal processes
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Assist with payroll, attendance, and leave management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR or a similar role
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office / HR software
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Preferred Skills

· HR certification (MBA HR / SHRM / CIPD)

· Experience in recruitment or payroll management

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
