Human Resource Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive / HR & Admin Officer to support end-to-end HR operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee documentation, payroll coordination, and HR compliance, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, interview scheduling, onboarding, and induction.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and personnel files.
  • Prepare HR documentation including appointment letters, confirmations, extensions, and exit documents.
  • Support performance appraisal cycles and employee evaluation processes.
  • Assist in payroll processing, attendance verification, and leave management.
  • Handle day-to-day HR queries and employee relations matters.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation sessions, and training activities.
  • Support disciplinary procedures including warnings, notices, and related documentation.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Prepare periodic HR and administrative reports.
  • Maintain HR & Admin dashboards and proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, IT, and Management for smooth operations.
  • Ensure timely communication and resolution of employee concerns.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent documentation, drafting, and reporting abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of HR laws, labor compliance, and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and functions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HR record management systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in HR or Administration will be an added advantage.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR and/or Administration roles.

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Work Mode: On-site / In-person
  • Salary Range: Rs. 100,000 – Rs. 150,000 per month

  • Experience:
  • Microsoft Office – Minimum 4 years (Required)
  • Certification:
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) – Preferred
