Human Resource Executive

Shaapa Commerce Pvt. Ltd. is a growing organization engaged in retail and e-commerce. We believe in building a strong team culture and are looking for an enthusiastic HR fresher to support our HR operations and talent management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Coordinate with employees regarding attendance, leave management, and HR policies.
• Support the HR team in handling day-to-day employee queries.
• Help in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist with payroll coordination and preparation of reports.
• Ensure proper compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Freshers are welcome; internship experience in HR will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
