Responsibilities
Drive End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the complete hiring lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring smooth offer rollouts. Focus on identifying talent that aligns with both skill requirements and company culture.
Facilitate Seamless Onboarding & Development:
Coordinate structured onboarding programs to help new hires integrate efficiently. Support training and development initiatives that enhance employee capabilities and encourage continuous learning.
Strengthen Employer–Employee Relations:
Act as a bridge between management and employees to foster open communication, transparency, and mutual trust. Address concerns proactively to maintain a positive workplace environment.
Support and Build Company Culture:
Contribute to engagement activities, team-building initiatives, and HR-driven programs that reinforce organizational values and promote a collaborative culture.
Administer HR Operations & Documentation:
Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and support the administration of compensation, benefits, and policy compliance.
Ensure Compliance & Workplace Well-being:
Promote adherence to company policies and statutory regulations. Contribute to maintaining a safe, respectful, and compliant work environment.
Handle Employee Concerns & Discipline:
Assist in resolving employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally, ensuring fairness, confidentiality, and adherence to company guidelines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related discipline.
0–2 years of experience in HR (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
Strong verbal and written communication skills with good interpersonal abilities.
Foundational knowledge of HR practices, labor compliance basics, and proficiency in MS Office tools.
A proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
