Human Resource Executive

Job Description:We are looking for an organized and dynamic HR Executive to join our HR team. The HR Executive will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, payroll administration, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Recruitment & Onboarding:

o Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.

o Coordinate and conduct interviews, and assist in selecting candidates for various positions.

o Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.

o Facilitate orientation sessions for new employees, explaining company policies and benefits.

· Employee Relations & Engagement:

o Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.

o Resolve employee issues and conflicts while ensuring compliance with company policies.

o Organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to foster a positive work culture.

· Performance Management:

o Assist in the performance review process by collecting and organizing feedback from managers and employees.

o Track employee goals and performance metrics and assist in developing individual development plans (IDPs).

o Maintain records of employee performance and assist with promotions, salary reviews, and career development plans.

· Payroll & Benefits Administration:

o Assist in payroll processing by ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries.

o Ensure accurate documentation of employee leaves, attendance, and payroll-related issue

· HR Administration:

o Manage and update the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to ensure accurate employee data.

o Prepare reports related to HR activities, attendance, turnover, and recruitment metrics for management.

o Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
