Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales Executives, Channel Partners, Relationship Managers, CRM, and other staff.
  • Post job openings on job portals (Indeed, Naukri, etc.).
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and salary negotiations.
  • Manage offer letter generation and onboarding process.

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle joining formalities and document verification.
  • Manage exit process and full & final settlement.

3. Payroll & Attendance

  • Maintain attendance records (90% attendance tracking if policy-based).
  • Coordinate payroll processing and salary disbursement.
  • Manage incentives, commissions, and performance-based bonuses (especially sales targets).
  • Handle leave records and policies.

4. Performance Management

  • Monitor employee performance based on sales targets.
  • Coordinate quarterly or monthly performance reviews.
  • Support increment, appraisal, and promotion processes.
  • Implement HR policies aligned with business targets.

5. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Ensure company policies are followed.
  • Maintain statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws if applicable).
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.

6. Employee Engagement

  • Organize team meetings, training programs, and motivational activities.
  • Support leadership in maintaining positive workplace culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
