This is a critical position for our organization. We are looking for someone who is serious about HR, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling recruitment and employee management responsibilities professionally.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Strong understanding of recruitment and employee management processes
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Assist in attendance management and leave tracking
- Support performance management processes
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support
- Assist management in building a positive and productive work environment
- Coordinate with department heads regarding hiring requirements
- Maintain HR databases and generate HR reports when required
These responsibilities align with common HR officer and HR assistant functions such as recruitment administration, employee records management, onboarding, policy compliance, and employee support.
