Job Summary:
He/She would be responsible for lead and execut HR strategies that support the company’s overall business objectives. This role oversees all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing HR operations and guiding a team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Management
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Partner with leadership to forecast workforce needs and develop talent pipelines.
- Drive organizational change initiatives and culture-building programs.
2. Talent Acquisition & Retention
- Oversee the full recruitment process, ensuring top-quality hires.
- Implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Lead onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
3. Performance Management
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Coach managers on setting goals, providing feedback, and handling underperformance.
4. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures fairly and confidentially.
5. Compensation & Benefits
- Review and update compensation structures to maintain market competitiveness.
- Manage benefits administration and ensure employee satisfaction.
6. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and oversee professional development initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
7. HR Operations & Reporting
- Manage HR systems, data, and analytics to support decision-making.
- Prepare HR reports and present insights to senior management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
