Location: Barsha Heights - Dubai

Employment Type: Full-time (6 days/week)

Schedule: 9am – 6pm Dubai Time Zone

Role Summary:

As our HR Generalist, you will play a key role in managing the full HR cycle for our blue-collar workforce, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, onboarding, welfare, and compliance. You will act as a bridge between management and staff, promoting a supportive and organized work environment.

What you will do:

· Comprehensive HR Support: Managing onboarding and offboarding processes, benefits administration, and maintaining HR records.

· Employee Relations: Serving as a key point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

· Performance Management: Assisting with the development and implementation of performance evaluation processes, providing feedback, and supporting employee development.

· Training and Development: Identifying training needs, organizing training programs, and monitoring their effectiveness to ensure continuous development and compliance with industry standards.

· Policy and Compliance: Ensuring all HR practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations, and keeping policies up to date.

We're Looking for:

· A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Teaching, or a related field.

· Proven experience (3+ years) in HR or manpower operations, preferably within blue-collar or service-based industries (housekeeping, facility management, hospitality, or domestic staffing).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations diplomatically.

· A compassionate, approachable demeanor, with a focus on building positive relationships.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
