About You
Magnus Mage Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire an HR to join our growing team at the Lahore Office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR, is organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be enthusiastic about learning HR operations and have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily HR operations: documentation, correspondence, and record maintenance.
- Draft and respond to HR emails with clarity, professionalism, and timeliness.
- Coordinate recruitment processes: post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and system updates.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, warnings, and internal memos.
- Track attendance, leaves, and late arrivals; maintain up-to-date data for payroll and reporting.
- Maintain employee files (both digital and physical) and organize HR documentation systems.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Handle petty cash disbursements and maintain proper expense records.
- Manage HR-related inventory, including office supplies, welcome kits, and coordinate restocking.
- Support internal communications and employee engagement activities.
- Support documentation for transfers, promotions, and departmental changes.Assist in organizing training sessions, collect feedback, and track participation.
- Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and labor regulations.
- Help track HR data and generate basic reports (e.g., turnover, leave trends, training attendance).
- Participate in the use and improvement of digital HR tools.
- Maintain a positive work environment by supporting efforts to boost morale, retention, and team cohesion.
- Help bridge communication between management and employees regarding concerns or grievances.
- Understanding company goals & challenges and converting them to people goals.
- Monitor employee performance records, support evaluation processes, and help track KPIs for increment and promotion cycles.
- Coordinate performance appraisal timelines (annual/bi-annual) and ensure documentation is updated.
- Report directly to management on HR operations, employee matters, and key departmental metrics.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2- 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time well.
- Professional, with a strong sense of confidentiality.
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor’s in human resources, Business, Psychology, or a relevant field from a reputable institute.
