Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resource (HR) Manager to join our team at Langdon Place of Dover, a nursing home dedicated to providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services to our patients and residents. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's human resources strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain effective HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support the organization's goals and objectives

• Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations

• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate records

• Collaborate with management and leadership to develop strategic plans and goals

• Provide training and coaching to supervisors and employees on HR-related topics

• Analyze and report on HR metrics and trends to inform organizational decisions

• Coordinate employee benefits, compensation, and recognition programs

• Serve as a liaison between HR and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR management or a related field

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, laws, and regulations

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information

• Proficiency in HR software and systems

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
