Think Higher Consultants (THC) is a leading education and immigration consultancy, providing professional guidance to students and clients across the globe. We are expanding our dynamic team at our Giga Mall Branch, Islamabad, and seeking a dedicated HR Officer who can manage HR operations efficiently while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.

Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.

Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.

Coordinate training, development, and appraisal activities.

Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies.

Prepare HR reports and assist management in strategic workforce planning.

Promote employee engagement and maintain a healthy work environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

2–4 years of relevant HR experience (preferably in corporate or consultancy settings).

Strong understanding of HR functions, employment laws, and compliance.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
