We are now looking for a passionate Human Resource Intern to support recruitment and HR operations while gaining hands-on exposure in a dynamic startup environment.

What You’ll Do

As an HR Intern, you’ll work directly with the founder and gain end-to-end exposure to recruitment and HR practices. Your responsibilities will include:

· Talent Acquisition: Assisting in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for active client roles.

· Job Content Creation: Drafting job descriptions, outreach messages, and hiring templates.

· Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews, managing follow-ups, and ensuring smooth candidate communication.

· Recruitment Operations: Maintaining trackers, databases, and documentation in Google Sheets/Docs.

· Business Support: Assisting with research, calendar management, and note-taking during meetings.

· Client Support: Preparing drafts of presentations, proposals, and client communication.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is:

· A recent graduate (commerce, business, or related background preferred) aspiring for a career in HR.

· Strong in English & Hindi communication skills.

· Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

· Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Web.

· Able to commit minimum 5 hours daily while working independently.

· Excited to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
