Job Overview

Support recruitment, onboarding, employee management, and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post jobs, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
  • Manage onboarding documentation
  • Maintain HR files & weekly reports
  • Track attendance & performance
  • Support HR operations and policies

Requirements

  • Good communication

  • Strong organizational skills

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000
Incentive: Bonus on target completion
Duration: 3 Months + 15 days training
