Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews)

Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers

Maintain employee and candidate records Support on boarding and documentation processes

Assist in HR reports and data management Support HR policies and engagement activities Handle basic HR administration tasks

Eligibility Criteria:

Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM in HR / BBA / B.Com / B.Sc or related field

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR processes

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred female candidate.
