Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with limited experience who are eager to build a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers
• Support HR team with onboarding and documentation
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
• Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
• Participate in employer branding and engagement activities, as required

Skills & Requirements

• Strong interest in Recruitment and HR functions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of HR processes (added advantage)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed MBA in HR
• Prior internship experience (up to 3 months) is a plus
