About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle and an opportunity to develop practical HR skills in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Schedule and coordinate telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Maintain and update applicant tracking sheets on a daily basis
• Support the HR team in campus hiring drives, walk-in interviews, and internship programs
• Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation, joining formalities, and onboarding
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand hiring requirements
• Perform additional HR and recruitment-related tasks as assigned

Skills & Competencies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and professional email drafting
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong attention to detail

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field with strong communication skills
• Freshers with a keen interest in Human Resources are encouraged to apply
• Availability to commit for a minimum of 6 months

Internship Structure & Benefits

• First 3 Months: internship (Training & Learning Phase)
• Next 3 Months: Paid internship (Performance-Based Stipend)
• Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): Opportunity for full-time employment based on overall performance

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
