Human Resource Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in daily administrative and recruitment activities. This internship will provide hands-on experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment process (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
  • Coordinate with candidates and maintain candidate database
  • Support onboarding and induction process of new employees
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist in payroll coordination and attendance tracking
  • Support employee engagement activities and events
  • Prepare HR reports and MIS data
  • Handle basic employee queries and HR coordination

Eligibility Criteria

  • Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or BBA/B.Com with HR specialization
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in HR domain

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
